A Little time ago now my Friend Andi sent me her testimony and it was inspiring to me. Well here is a small testimony from me. I hope that she gets a chance to read this. Years ago I grew up in a church in Ladd's Addition and it was home to both my sister and me. When I got my good job that I have now, for many years I was unable to go to church because I had to work on Sundays. During all those years of being unable to go, my church split up and I was very sad to hear that it did. It was like a breakup of family. Half my friends went one way and the other half went another way.
Well for a few months I have been attending a church in Milwaukie but it just lost it's pastor for personal reasons and my husband said that it has had several pastor changes over the years.
In my heart I have been wanting to try 2 churches that were recommended to me by someone who helped me through some difficult times in my life and I finally decided to give it a try and I really like it. In fact today I am going to the Saturday women's bible study class.
So far it feels right to me and I sure hope that my family will like it too because I would like to make it my home for my faith.
Well that is my little testimony that I wanted to share...

Every once in a while I see a commercial that just cracks me up!!! Even though this pics aren't the greatest I took them off my t.v. Santa comes in and I think he asked the reindeer if they were ready, all the deer have Verizon except poor Blitzen! In the second photo Blitzen is saying ooooooh! Totally funny! 
I was shocked to see that this restaurant closed because they have been downtown at this location for as long as I can remember. I don't know the details in that if they are closed and out of business or simply moved from this location. Sometimes it is really sad to see changes when a place has been there forever!
I was taking my dog for a walk and we always walk by the Fire Station in our neighborhood and the trees near them are absolutely beautiful! The fall colors seemed extra special this year, better than last year. I have been taking pics hoping to capture as much as I can for my photo collection. One of these days I will have to get them all printed up and in albums to enjoy!
I saw this vehicle and cracked up! It is a volkswagen Van but obviously customized! I wished I got the driver and passenger compartment pic because it looked like they were squished in it!!! It gave me a chuckle!
I usually do my grocery shopping very early in the morning and was enjoying the sunrise as I was loading the grocerys into my car! Totally Awesome!
